עוגת הגבינה החדשה של ביגה פותחה ע"י רן בן דוד, הקונדיטור הראשי של רשת ביגה, במטרה להעניק עוגת גבינה עשירה, העשויה מרכיבים מובחרים, בעלת מרקם קרמי,  אלגנטית ואיכותית, מושלמת לאירוח,  וגם להתפנקות יום יומית.

מדובר בעוגת גבינה מלבנית, עשויה מחומרי גלם  איכותיים ובטכניקה מיוחדת,  השומרת על מרקם עשיר ועסיסי, גם ללא שימוש בקמחים רגילים.
